LAUNCH EVENT

This event offers a performance platform for a group of young classical artists on the main stage at the internationally important Queen’s Hall in Edinburgh. 

The launch event for a brand-new programme of work offering currently unavailable performance, workshop and masterclass opportunities to emerging classical artists, and creative industries professionals capturing and nurturing Scotland’s talent. 

YCA was developed from a pilot programme established within the initial implementation phases of Creative Scotland’s Youth Arts Strategy, Time to Shine. Katie Forrest was part of the initial pilot and picked up the idea with the team at the Queen’s Hall to further the concept and build the programme. 

We would love to see you all at the launch night on the 30th June and look forward to showing what we have produced over the months for this event.
